According to the school management, the system is simple to use. Parents only need to log in to the Parent ERP app using their registered mobile number. Once logged in, the app automatically displays the assigned school vehicle and route for their child. There is no need to search for bus numbers or routes manually. To ensure privacy and security, each parent can access information only about the vehicle assigned to their own child, making the system secure, personalized, and fully compliant with privacy standards. The school further stated that in situations such as heavy traffic, rainfall, waterlogging, route diversions, or other delays, parents will no longer need to contact the transport department repeatedly. Instead, they can simply track the vehicle’s live location on their mobile phones, similar to the tracking feature available in cab-hailing applications.
In addition to transport tracking, the Parent ERP app provides a comprehensive range of student-related services, including attendance records, examination results, school circulars, important announcements, fee details, payment information, and other essential updates—all on a single platform. The management emphasized that student safety remains the school’s highest priority. For every parent, the journey between home and school is of utmost importance.
